From the moment we arrived, the friendly staff made us feel welcome and offered top-notch service. the director, Pablo, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and provided valuable insights into the hotel's amenities and room options. Our room was a true delight, boasting a large double balcony that offered stunning views of the surrounding area. the sofa bed was surprisingly spacious, rivaling the comfort of the king-size bed. The hotel's prime location allowed us easy access to the city's major attractions, such as the historic center, Puerta de Alcalá gate, and the Royal Botanical Garden. Being close to shopping streets like Goya and Serrano provided ample opportunities for leisurely strolls and unique finds. the Petit Palace Lealtad Plaza caters to families with thoughtful amenities like special breakfast options for children, cots, and bunk bed rails.
